Embroidery Guidelines
Step 6 - Production Complete
After production, your order is double checked for quality and accuracy. You may pick up your order or have it delivered to your door. A representative will call you when your order is ready.
Payment
Payment in full is expected when services are rendered. Credit card information can be given to us by telephone or fax. A 30-day grace period is allowed for clients who have completed a credit application and are pre-approved. You will not be charged for backordered items until they are shipped.
Additional Charges
Orders may be subject to additional charges based upon client requirements:
Shipping and Handling: Orders may be picked up or shipped. We ship using UPS ground. 3-day, 2-day and next day delivery are also available.
RUSH Charge: Orders required to be completed before our standard turn around time of 7-21 business days will incur a charge of up to 100% added to the cost of the order.
Garment Counting: For customers who drop ship there own garments, our standard practice is to count your garments after embroidery production. If your require your garments to be counted before production, a fee of $0.50/doz. will be applied.
Mailing Your Stitch Out: $10.00 per sample plus postage.

Embroidery Services
